Slut, 0-0 på Easter Road efter en kvalitetsmässig ganska så dålig match från båda lagen. Mycket felpassningar och allmänt rätt taffligt. Celtic hade två jättechanser långt in på övertid men Hibs målvakt räddade fint, för övrigt två av de tre kvalificerade räddningarna han behövde göra under matchen. Själv så blev man väl inte direkt förvånad över att just Scott Brown är inblandad i sitiuationer, hade han spelat i något annat lag hade jag nog tyckt väldigt illa om honom. Skön vinst i alla fall, lite olyckligt med skador på Tierney och Boyata men jag hoppas att det inte är alltför allvarligt.

Själv är jag lite tudelad, BR har sagt att han inte fått den ekonomiska backning som han ville ha och om han nu inte vill vara kvar så är det väl bra att casha in så mycket det bara går. Samtidigt kan man ju tycka att han väl åtminstone kunde ha väntat till säsongen är slut.

Det kom från ingenstans. Riktigt besviken på Rodgers. Bara att inse att det alltid är tomma ord, från den mannens käft.

Bara att gå vidare och bygga på ett bra europaspel, för att vara ärlig så har Rodgers inte lyckats riktigt där.

Intervju med BR efter uttåget ur Europa League i går, han säger att den tidiga utvisningen på Toljan tog död på matchen för Celtics del.

Själv så tycker jag att Celtic gjorde en hyfsad match, framförallt imponerade Hayes. Dock ska man inte sticka under stol med offensiven är alldeles för tunn mot bra lag som Valencia och slarv i defensiven straffas direkt. Nyttigt för de yngre spelarna i Celtic att se vad som krävs för att spela på högsta nivå i Europa.
